It's a forum where they invite startups to introduce themselves to the world. I guess techcrunch writes about the most interesting ones, but this is the unfiltered list. Haven't look too closely, but could be interesting. Plus, down the line you can match the introductions with their listing on http://www.fuckcompany.com. That way you can calculate the startup MTBF (mean time between failure, for you less geeky bastards).
